1. Introduction

Welcome to Applytico. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with Applytico’s tool ("Service") developed by Applytico ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using Applytico, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access Applytico.

2. Use of Applytico

2.1 Eligibility

To use Applytico, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using Applytico, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.2 Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of Applytico. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Description

Applytico provides a tool that helps users connect their Google Analytics 4 (GA4) accounts with Stripe and HubSpot for enhanced data tracking. Applytico does not store user data on its servers. Our Service is verified and approved in both the Stripe and HubSpot marketplaces. Applytico only listens to user data and transfers it to the user’s GA4 account.

4. Subscription and Fees

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for our Service. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any taxes incurred at the time you subscribe. The subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of the billing period and is non-refundable.

4.2 Payment

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge all fees to your selected payment method. If payment is not received or is declined, your access to Applytico may be terminated or suspended.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use Applytico in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activities that are harmful to Applytico or its users, including but not limited to:

  • Using Applytico for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfering with or disrupting Applytico or servers.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of Applytico.

6. Intellectual Property

Applytico and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Applytico and its licensors. Applytico is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applytico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use Applytico.
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Applytico is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Applytico makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding Applytico, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Applytico immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Applytico will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
